With the new video feedback feature, you can streamline your workflow by centralizing feedback for images, PDFs, and videos—all in one place.
How It Works: Video Feedback in Punchlist
Creating a Project and Uploading Files
Start your project as usual, and you’ll see a new “Video” tab. Simply upload your video file to begin.
Navigating the Project Page and Giving Feedback
Once your file is uploaded, you can use the video controls to play, pause, and adjust the volume. Clicking "Add Feedback" will automatically pause the video so you can place precise comments on specific frames
Viewing and Addressing Feedback
Feedback remains easy to access and work from in our feedback sidebar. We also added feedback previews to the video control bar, allowing you to hover and click to easily see where feedback has been provided in the video.
Video Feedback Capabilities by Plan Tier
With storage plans ranging from 1GB to 10GB, Punchlist is designed to fit various team sizes and needs, from startups to enterprise-level clients.
Use Cases For Video Review Software
This new video feedback tool is perfect for several real-world applications:
- Social Media Managers & Content Creators: Gather feedback on social video content quickly and precisely by tagging specific timestamps for edits, helping speed up approval times and align creative vision across teams.
- Project Managers & Account Managers: Track multimedia content progress and client feedback in one platform. This eliminates scattered feedback across different channels, reducing the risk of missed details.
- Developers & QA Professionals: Capture precise feedback on web app workflows by recording and uploading screen interactions. This feature allows developers to identify bugs or UX improvements based on clear, timestamped input.
