New Feature Update: Pages and Breakpoints

Screenshots and Pages

One of the more significant UX issues we have seen over the last few months is that it was hard to know which pages had feedback already. It took a little hunting, and we didn’t do a good job of showing how to get to the page listing. Now we have brought all the pages to the top, and they populate in real-time as well. So if you have other people giving feedback at the same time, you’ll see a new page slide-in. One thing I’m not super happy with is the time it takes for screenshots to show. That is something I’m working to improve. Right now we are taking a fullscreen shot on each new page. This UI also is a pre-cursor to some page-level features I’m excited to implement.

Another tiny issue we noticed was that it was a little hard to understand that there was feedback at different breakpoints, so we made a minor UI improvement that I’m kicking myself for taking so long to do because I think it makes a world of difference.
