Attach files to comments to provide clarity

When leaving feedback on a project, you may need to reference a specific file. But who wants to go on a wild goose chase for “0402c3xrt.JPG” or “websitecopy_v3-final_DONE.doc”? With Punchlist, you can upload a file as part of your feedback or in a reply so that your collaborators have everything they need to keep the project.

Even better, we integrate with three major file storage platforms: OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive — which makes finding the correct brand asset even easier. You can also upload files directly from your device.

When leaving feedback or replying to someone else’s feedback, click the file upload icon — it’s the very last one in the row. Select the file storage service you want to use, or select Your Computer. Once you find the file, click Attach, submit your feedback, and move on to the next thing.

We collect and display all files that are related to a single piece of feedback in the item’s File tab. You can even upload files to this tab directly, without leaving a comment.

Never lose time cross referencing file names between a comment and your file storage folders again. With Punchlist, upload files alongside your comments and keep moving.
