Export Your Project From Punchlist

At the conclusion of a project, you may decide to export your project from Punchlist. This will allow you to save a record of the project in your personal or company files. Currently, we only offer the ability to export projects as a CSV file.

When you export your project, you receive:

• The ID we associate with the item
• The comment
• A direct URL to the feedback item
• The item’s status (Open, In Progress, Ready for Review, Waiting for Feedback, Done)
• The page on which the feedback was left (if it’s a multi-page project)
• The breakpoint (tablet, mobile, desktop)
• The user’s browser
• The user’s screen size (if it’s a website project)

To export your project, navigate to the project’s settings page. You can do this in two ways:

1. From your dashboard, click the menu in the top right of the project thumbnail and select Update Project Settings
2. From within the project, click the Settings dropdown in the top right corner of your screen, and at the very bottom, select All Project Settings

Once you’re on the settings page, scroll down to the Export section and click the As CSV button. Your download should begin immediately.
