Archiving a project in Punchlist is easy. There are a few reasons you might want to archive a project:

  • Duplicated projects
  • Hide completed projects
  • Clean up your dashboard
  • Stay within your plan limits (archived projects do not count toward your project limit)

Note: Punchlist will never delete your projects.

There are two ways to archive a project:

  1. From your Dashboard, click the three dots on the project thumbnail. Click Archive Project. Then click Archive again to confirm.
  2. From your Project, go to Project Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Archive Project. Then click Archive again to confirm.

And if you change your mind, you can restore a project in one easy click. From your dashboard, click the Archived tab. Find the project and click Restore Project.

Ready for project clarity, accuracy, and efficiency?
